1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HomeServ NCR (delhincrhomeservices.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Nature of the Service (Directory Disclaimer)

HomeServ NCR is an online advertising and directory platform only.

  • We do not employ plumbers, electricians, technicians, or other service professionals listed on the site.
  • We do not guarantee, inspect, endorse, or warranty the quality, safety, legality, or pricing of any services performed by independent third-party providers.
  • Contracts, price negotiations, work agreements, and payments take place solely and directly between the customer and the service provider.
  • HomeServ NCR charges zero customer booking commissions and never handles financial transactions between users and service professionals.

3. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers listing their services agree that:

  • All information supplied (name, phone number, rates, experience) is accurate and not deceptive.
  • They possess all required local licenses, permits, and trade qualifications needed to carry out their trades in Delhi, Haryana, or Uttar Pradesh.
  • They will treat customers respectfully and handle quotes transparently without surprise surcharges.
  • We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or remove any listing at our discretion if fraud, abuse, or consumer complaints arise.

4. User Safety & Recommendations

We strongly advise users to:

  • Never pay full service amounts in advance before work commences.
  • Obtain a clear cost estimate in writing or on WhatsApp before authorising work.
  • Verify technician ID upon arrival at your premises.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, HomeServ NCR, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from transactions, disputes, property damage, or interactions with service providers found on this platform.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
